Apologies for getting this out later than expected, but non the less here it is! Well this week is all about the aim and frags, as it really doesnt offer much of a challenge in strats and tactics, so this week its about who can out awp each other, who can get the consistant headshots and in reality proves to be the better players. There will hardly be any surprises but who knows, maybe some team will have a bad day.

Here we are in Week5 and it brings a map which although it is well known. I don’t think it will be cut and drawer like my fellow Panelists think. I for one think AV have got a lucky draw here, if they had any one of the other teams they might have been staring down the barrel of defeat, a mix team can only do so much on a map in which everyone can call it in their sleep. Perhaps another lucky draw (for both sides involved), is the one coming up first, with instincts and [ii] battling it out. I think this one will go instincts way, but only because of the map, on another map they would lose. As for the other two games, they are perhaps a little bit more competitive one might say. GLG vs MTG will be a good game, but lets be honest; its a GLG win home and dry I believe. I think Rasta vs MINISTRY won’t be easy to call, but MINISTRY have been playing out of their skin this season, so I’m going to say I think I could be wrong here, but Rasta will JUST win it.

Division 2 by Gumpster
Last week was actually a very quiet week for Division 2, the derby match between G$G & NYMFO has been rescheduled to catch up week (30th), TP.net & SEKTOR has also been rescheduled to catch up week, Sh!ts & Giggles against Imageless Ice has been rescheduled to either Sunday or Monday this week, and the other game has also been rescheduled to Sunday. So overall, no results to base this weeks predictions on, however I probably wont need them as much. This week sees 1 hell of an interesting match, we have 2 in form sides, Sh!ts & Giggles take on the mighty G$G which will certainly prove to be one hell of a good match, and could end up deciding where the title will end up this season, whilst Sektor take on Montague in a potential relegation “6 pointer” as they say in football. NYMFO are in for another derby match against TP.net, which could have a potential to upset the title race, and the last match we see this week is those new boys yet to play in EDCSSL, iNfluxium against Imageless Ice. So at least 3 of those matches will prove to be incredibly close, and could even end up as draws, which would prove costly for the promotion/relegation battles. My particular match here is Sektor against Montague, i will apologise to $arge, but Sektor have struggled in the division, which is unusal considering intrix is a good player (at least in my eyes), and their team has been around for a while, seeing them in a relegation battle is sad really, but thats the way of the results.

Division 3 by Gumpster
Well last week, another really quiet one, on the results front, the only result coming from “LivingFire” who use to be called ZOUCH, drew with reMix 15 – 15, which to me was very surprising considering LivingFire’s recent results in the divisions, their continued bad form, and their “cba” attitude in ED at present, however LivingFire are still sitting in the relegation battle. The other 3 games, the Rasta derby game, the PF Vs Snipers & 3MC Vs ND| are all still being rescheduled. So leaves me again looking for answers on whether Division 3 can get their games played on time haha! Anyway, looking ahead to Week 5 on dust2 and we see a few interesting games in the making here. Phoenix Faction take on Rasta Registered, 3Man Clan look to cause problems against an in form Rasta team, Living Fire take on ND| & Snipers play remix. The match to watch in this division will be the 3Man Clan Vs Rasta, and I will tell you why, 3Man Clan are not to be underestimated in any shape or form, and I feel they may have a few “aces” up their sleeves when it comes to playing a big hitting Rasta team. Rasta know they have to win to keep in touch with Table topping Phoenix Faction, and will be supporting their fellow Rasta team to do them a favour and provide a huge upset, but they also must be thinking that 3MC are a good outfit, and have nothing to lose when it comes to the Title race (PF 3 out of 3, Rasta & 3MC 2 out of 2 at present), whether Rasta can draft in serp this week to provide excellent awp cover to stop 3MC will also be playing on their minds as well. To me it could be a tough match to call, and I can certainly see it close, but on the other hand who knows could 3MC buckle under pressure? It certainly remains to be seen.

Division 4 by DDM
It’s Week 5 and battle is to commence on an old favourite de_dust2 tomorrow evening, though de_dust2 has been compared to marmite as a love it or hate it map, so scores could be heavily biased.
We have Lg5 playing getREG who I believe have replaced haYes.A, though they have only 2 players on their roster so I don’t fancy their chances.. err probably not the best replacement in the world. Default to Lg5 this week! Swiftly moving on we have Inf: playing ANEXiS, this game will determine who will take a firm foothold on second place for division 4. Gnocide will be playing simply, simply will be struggling to get the win on this match but curbing the difference on the loss could mean keeping out of the last 2 positions of the table. And last game in this group is «Ki» vs NiCeY, even though «Ki» still have the chance to claw their way up the table I doubt it will start against the kings of the group NiCeY.

In Division 5 the replacement team underestimated gamers appear to be running the show now topping the table. They will be playing SD:CSS this week who are sitting quietly in the middle of the table. This group appears to be the least progressed group this season with the least amount of games played and err one team is yet to play a game. 7tm beat InnoV8 with a reasonable margin last week though they will be playing idkfa who used to be topping the table and I imagine idkfa to be scrabbling after number 1 spot behind [uG]. MOD.#5* will be playing NoMercy… or rather they won’t be playing NoMercy but should be.. or something like that. Cue reschedule/default. Credit! are against InnoV8 and theres no real telling how the teams will play as Credit! still only have 1 game played, though it could be their chance to to start climbing the table.

So we have none of the titans in this group playing each other, its basically the top half playing the bottom half, giving the chance to all the teams to either increase the gap or decrease the difference between the top and bottom half of the group. Though there is an interesting revelation in seeing apathy so close to taking #1 spot in this group. The eventual apathy vs esn:: will be a match to look forward to. I imagine that apathy and esn:: will be playing “how bad can you beat your opponent” in order to keep or take #1 spot. Eternal will be playing apathy, I think its the same team with different name. CK will be playing plySMRT, imagine that plySMRT will be trying to move away from the relegation zone in which they are nearly sharing with YeGods|, YeGods| who are unfortunately playing esn:: and the most they can do is put in the performance and hopefully lessen the damage. TP.zeal would have the chance this week to increase the gap with Eternal but it appears with ongoing team problems they have now folded {TC} to get a default.

Division 7 by DmE
[SCK] vs Jigaboo – After both teams taking a loss last week and with these 2 being the bottom teams in the division I feel this is a battle to see who will be finishing bottom of the pile. With jigaboo taking a heavy loss last week I think they will want to redeem themselves on the more common d2 setting and I think will take a 17-13 win.
MODx vs SEKTOR/ – With SEKTOR/ improving week by week with their new roster pickups and with MODx losing last week due to roster problems, I feel this week could be the moment where SEKTOR/ can establish themselves as definite leaders of the group. Due to MODx inactivity I have to give this to sektor/ 16-14
[FW] vs |3MC| – 3MC surprised everyone last week by taking a win over MODx although it was with problems on the MOD side. Sadly I don’t believe they will be able to build a win streak with my favourites for this game being FW after some solid recent performances. FW to win 20-10
Rubin. Vs Vuze – Vuze took a good win over SEKTOR/ last week and will be looking to build on the result, but I do feel rubin. Will have enough to continue their win streak and sit atop the group when next week rolls around, my prediction a 17-13 win to rubin.

[F643] vs [JEDI] – With JEDI having found a good run of wins so far they sit atop the group, and after mindtricks saying their fighting 16-14 win over narchad last week was “the best game hes ever played” I feel they will be in high spirits going into this week against the chasing F643. As such I feel they will have enough to just about take the game, 17-13 to JEDI.
LaB vs Rasta| – With Rasta| eager to close the gap on JEDI it is essential they win this week against a LaB side who aren’t too far of the pace. Although both teams got wins last week I feel after a 4v5 win over BLOOD last week Rasta will have enough to take this week and keep the pressure on the leaders, 18-12 to Rasta|
BLOOD^ vs {KEA} – Well with KEA dropping out the game has already been decided, so DEF to BLOOD
Nicey. Vs NarChaD – Narchad were unlucky to not walk away with any points last week against JEDI and after niceys heavy loss to LaB I think narchad will be making sure of a 3 points this week with a 20-10 win my prediction.

[ES-X] vs b0s – With ES-X falling off the pace after their opening 2 wins I feel this is an important game for them with them not wanting to slip to 7th they will throw their all into this and I feel will have enough to take win over a b0s team who lost a close game last week. 17-13 to ES-X
[:XTX:] vs ta! – With ta! being dominant in this group and XTX sitting firmly on the bottom I feel this is a foregone conclusion with ta! my favourites to win 23-7
SoG vs THGz – Last week SoG managed a big win with thgz being on the receiving end of a tight loss leaving the two equal on points. With THGz holding a higher spot because of round difference I don’t think they will want to drop down the group and will have practiced for this week and I feel will take a 17-13 win.
kk. vs twk – With both of these sides taking a 17-13 win last week and sitting fairly high up in the division I think this will be a close game, but with twk sitting 2nd and waiting on a slip from ta! to have a chance at taking the win I feel they wont want to slip up and will be well practiced for this week. My prediction 18-12 to twk

In Group 10 we have a bit of a mixed bag, and due to some other things it is a bit more concise as I’m more rushed than I’d like to be. What we can see so far is the group is panning out a bit more like I envisioned with FP and SDCSS² starting to rack up more wins. I think that CRO have also folded which will not affect the standings but the games to be played. This week is going to be a lot simpler to predict I think, mainly due to the way the teams are playing. I can’t fancy any surprises on tuscan. I think the only close game will be between MAG and ARK, as they are both doing a little bit worse than I fancied (I personally had bn down near the bottom at this stage); and therefore I’ve decided to remain neutral and predict a draw.

Finally :p
tbh I think SD:css^ have the potential to take a win from this game, i reckon it will be close anyway.
As for Credit, well..they have gave Innov8 the default.
And [uG]
And idkfa who have accepted it allready
And NoMercy.

Spoon be honest, you guys have been in a rut recently. I think you need a few victories in easier games to spur you back on. Couple of months ago you were all the talk, now it seems to have died down a little
I really don’t know about the MINISTRY game though. Could really be that close.

“you where all talk” we beat 1 good team and drew with another , shows the mentality of UK CSS for such a thing to happen over 2 games!
And we’ve decided to keep pumpin at our div1/eps friends to keep our level of play up, we gain nothing from noob bashin, but alot from losing to a good team.

If truth betold there was a lot of hype, you may / may not have realised it. Some I have spoken to would argue that was down to a certain player
I want to see you challenging for honours in EAS-1 this year, and on that note, the EAS-1 article is going live.
